Katie prides herself on having an abundance of hands-on experience working in various sales-driven positions. Brennan brings high energy and enthusiasm to drive leasing results on behalf of our P3 institutional and private client accounts. Brennan is a proud Winnipegger and has over 10 years of sales experience including 3 years in commercial sales and leasing with a focus on retail at a major international real estate firm. Brennan has also driven tenant representations assignments and secured multiple national retail mandates within Manitoba, building an extensive real estate network across Canada and continues to excel in communication and service. At P3 Realty, Brennan will be responsible for managing and servicing the leasing and sales of all Private Pension Partners Group of Companies’ commercial portfolio as well as third party client brokerage contracts while also securing new third party leasing or sales mandates. Kris received his Skilled Trade Certificate in Power Engineering Technology from Red River College in 2010 and brings over 15 years of experience to P3 in coordinating, managing and performing various building maintenance and repairs in areas such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and landscaping. Kris will also work diligently with the broader P3 team to implement preventive maintenance scheduling in order to reduce repairs and maintenance costs in the P3 portfolio. Kris has worked in various of industries, including not-for-profit organizations, offices, hospitality as well as with commercial properties. As P3’s Maintenance Manager, Kris will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of P3 related buildings and grounds and equipment while ensuring that all necessary installations, maintenance, and systems updates are being done in a timely manner.
Paul brings with him an extensive background in property management in Winnipeg with a focus on both large scale multi-family rental and commercial assets. Paul prides himself on developing and maintaining relationships with ownership groups, tenants, and site staff to ensure the highest level of efficiency and customer service. At P3 Realty, in a leadership role, Paul will be responsible for managing the daily property operations of certain Private Pension Partners Group of Companies’ multi-family and commercial property assets. Erwin brings to P3 over 8 years of maintenance experience in multi-family apartment buildings. During his maintenance career, Erwin has gained extensive experience in preventative and general maintenance from window repair to carpentry, electrical, flooring, appliance, exterior building and grounds keeping repairs. He prides himself in being a dedicated and responsible property maintenance worker. Erwin also has a background in Agriculture. He received an Associate degree in Agriculture Technology in 1995 from Pampanga Agriculture College in the Philippines. As P3 Realty’s Maintenance Technician, Erwin is responsible for performing general and preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of P3 owned or managed buildings, in areas such as plumbing, electrical, painting and grounds-keeping repairs.
