Fully committed to service excellence and results-driven satisfaction, Clarise brings over ten years of high-performing commercial real estate investment and transactional experience to the P3 Realty team. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from The Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia and, immediately prior to joining P3 Realty, worked at a global commercial real estate company where she had direct involvement in driving commission-based revenue as a member of a national investment services team managing meaningful sale transactions across all real estate asset classes. Clarise oversees the brokerage and property management teams and is responsible for effecting the performance of P3’s real estate portfolios with a strategic focus on driving occupancy and investment effectiveness at a property level. She is also leading the build-out and broader growth objectives of P3 Realty to deliver a highly localized, fully-integrated real estate services platform based in Winnipeg with a focus on P3’s internal accounts and select third-party clients.

Kaitlin brings over five years of experience in the multifamily leasing industry, offering P3 Realty expertise in new development lease-ups and leasing of existing purpose-built rentals. Kaitlin is a licensed salesperson and has gained experience in discovering what people are looking for in a home and strives to find the best solution for them. At P3Realty, Kaitlin is responsible for assisting with the execution of P3’s asset management strategies by ensuring that costs, operating results and leasing targets are met. Kaitlin is also responsible for marketing strategies relating to new development lease-ups including, -ensuring rental rates, advertising initiatives and budgets are aligned for a successful lease-up campaign.

Gemini has a background in customer service and sales offering her an array of knowledge and skills to contribute to P3 Realty. Gemini also has a passion for meeting new people and creating meaningful connections. As a licensed salesperson in Manitoba with experience in residential housing and resales, Gemini understands what people are looking for in a place to call home as well as the importance of upholding the interests of everyone involved in the leasing or sales process. Gemini is responsible for marketing and leasing of P3's owned and controlled, purpose built, multi-family properties as well as assisting with the execution of P3’s broader asset management strategies by ensuring that costs, operating results, leasing targets and maintenance standards for the assets are met with a focus on adding value to the properties that enrich the lives of our tenants and bring lasting value to our investors.

Brennan brings high energy and enthusiasm to drive leasing results on behalf of our P3 institutional and private client accounts. Brennan is a proud Winnipegger and has over 10 years of sales experience including 3 years in commercial sales and leasing with a focus on retail at a major international real estate firm. Brennan has also driven tenant representations assignments and secured multiple national retail mandates within Manitoba, building an extensive real estate network across Canada and continues to excel in communication and service. At P3 Realty, Brennan is responsible for servicing the leasing and sales of all Private Pension Partners Group of Companies’ commercial portfolio as well as third party client brokerage contracts while also securing new third party leasing or sales mandates. Brennan graduated from the University of Manitoba Asper School of Business in 2011 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Paul brings with him an extensive background in property management in Winnipeg with a focus on both large-scale multi-family rental and commercial assets. Paul prides himself on developing and maintaining relationships with ownership groups, tenants, and site staff to ensure the highest level of efficiency and customer service. At P3 Realty, in a leadership role, Paul is responsible for managing the daily property operations of certain Private Pension Partners Group of Companies’ multi-family and commercial property assets.

Theresa brings over 10 years of experience in the industry, offering the P3 Realty group an extensive understanding of both the Manitoba and Alberta Residential Tenancies Acts. Prior to joining P3 Realty, Theresa was responsible for overseeing the management of 1,200 residential suites with another prominent Winnipeg based firm. She takes great pride in her work and understands the importance of providing quality service to all residents and what is required for the day-to-day operations of residential apartment complexes to run efficiently. During her career, she has also benefited from the opportunity to work closely with active developers learning how to maximize the efficiencies and opportunities of owning new residential apartment complex projects. At P3 Realty, in a leadership role, Theresa is responsible for managing the daily property operations of certain multi-family and commercial assets for P3 and third-party clients.

Zain brings with him over 13 years of experience in real estate administration and property management. Zain received his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai India in 2008. He also received a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Prin LN Welinkar Institute of Management in 2010. Zain is a proud new member of the P3 Realty team and is excited to advance his career in real estate in Canada. As P3 Realty’s Property Administrator, Zain is responsible for providing administrative support to the property management team on the day-to-day administrative activities and record keeping of tenant relations and building management.

Erwin brings to P3 Realty over 8 years of maintenance experience in multi-family apartment buildings. During his maintenance career, Erwin has gained extensive experience in preventative and general maintenance from window repair to carpentry, electrical, flooring, appliance, exterior building and grounds keeping repairs. He prides himself in being a dedicated and responsible property maintenance worker. Erwin also has a background in Agriculture. He received an Associate degree in Agriculture Technology in 1995 from Pampanga Agriculture College in the Philippines. As P3 Realty’s Maintenance Technician, Erwin is responsible for performing general and preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of P3 owned or managed buildings, in areas such as plumbing, electrical, painting and grounds-keeping repairs.

Juan received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration in 1991 from the Dr. José Matias Delgado University in El Salvador. After graduating, he started his career as an operations supervisor at the Central Reserve Bank of El Salvador. In 2007, he decided to embark on a new adventure and made a move to Canada to broaden his horizons. He studied French in Montreal and later established permanent residency in Manitoba. It is in Winnipeg where Juan developed an interest and his skillset in property management. He brings with him a total of 15 years of experience in bookkeeping, leasing, operations, property management and maintenance. As P3 Realty's Maintenance Manager, Juan will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of P3 related buildings and grounds and equipment while ensuring that all necessary installations, maintenance, and systems updates are being done in a timely manner.
